Leah has been in rooms most people never get access to. From the White House Situation Room to federal community outreach to events that genuinely move people, she has built a career out of connecting others to things they did not know were possible.

That is exactly what drew her to the i get to foundation. She brings a wide network, real experience designing programs for youth and adults, and a genuine gift for making people feel seen and heard. She joined because she believes young people deserve access to the kind of perspective most of us find too late.

A Denver transplant with Wisconsin roots, she is most at home outdoors with her family, hunting down great chocolate, or perfecting something in the kitchen.

Jane has built a career at the executive level of corporate finance, leading teams across more industries than most people ever touch. Along the way she picked up a real estate license, because when you are genuinely curious about how the world works, you keep finding new doors to open.

That curiosity is exactly what drew her to the i get to foundation. Jane has spent years watching talented young people default to paths they never really chose, and she joined to change that. She brings deep financial acumen, a wide cross-industry network, and a track record of mentoring first-generation college students and young professionals. She proved early in her own career that you do not need a perfect plan or an Ivy League pedigree. What you need is the right perspective and people willing to coach and cheer you on.

A Louisville native who has called several cities home, Jane now lives in Highlands Ranch with her family. When she is not on the sidelines for her kids, you will find her on a volleyball court, on a trail, or connecting someone to an opportunity they did not know existed.

Lee-Ann serves as Chief Learner & Disruptor at VALE - Venture Academy of Leadership and Entrepreneurship, the school she founded in Douglas County. Her path there began in a college veterinary science class, where an instructor told a room of students that only three would make it to vet school. She refused to accept the odds as a verdict, walked out, changed her major, and vowed never to let assumptions or numbers dictate a student's future again.

That decision became her guiding belief years later, working under a principal who taught her that low expectations were a choice, not a fact, and who closed an achievement gap by refusing to lower the bar for any student. Believing every day that she gets to challenge the status quo and demand more for kids is exactly what drew her to the i get to foundation. She brings 24 years in education, a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction, and a deep bench of relationships across Colorado's education sector.

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa and raised in Colorado, Lee-Ann now calls it home, raising two daughters of her own. When she is not principaling, you will find her on the sidelines of a soccer or swim meet, curled up with a book, or somewhere near the water.

Laura serves as Chief of Innovative Systems & Empowerment at VALE and is the author of The Pursuit of What's Possible. Her path there started with 15 years as a special education teacher, a stretch she followed into school leadership and eventually into founding an entrepreneurial school of her own. Most of her best career moves came from saying yes before she felt ready, not after.

A mentor once told her she would be strong at, and enjoy, school leadership, a path she had never considered for herself but that proved life-changing. Having someone see potential in her before she saw it herself, and open a door she would not have found on her own, is exactly what drew Laura to the i get to foundation. She brings deep experience in education and entrepreneurship, a talent for building programs from scratch, and a habit of treating a big idea as a plan waiting to be built. She is a believer in taking risks, and her rule of thumb is simple: if something makes you both excited and terrified, that is usually the sign it is worth doing.

A Denver native and 1995 graduate of Manual High School, Laura has spent more than 25 years serving students and communities across the metro area. She is a mom of three, an avid traveler and scuba diver, a devoted Nuggets and Broncos fan, and always up for a good concert.
